Returns & Refunds Policy

 

It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Page do check every item before sending it out so that we can maintain our high standards and quality.  But if you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Rules & Restrictions:

 

Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date you received your order.  When we get the merchandise back we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s).  Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words; it has not been washed, worn or soiled in anyway.  Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, complete with all attached tags, packaging and receipt. 

 

Underwear garments and earrings are personal items and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

Returns/Refund Procedure:

 

In the first instance, please email  pagereturns@aol.com advising us that you would like to return item(s).  A Returns Reference number and address will be sent back to you.

 

Locate the receipt that arrived with your item(s).  Write the Returns Reference number on the receipt and place with your merchandise.  Mail the merchandise back to us which we suggest should be sent by recorded delivery as Page will not be liable for any items lost in the post.

 

Page will email you on the day that your refund is processed.  The email will state the exact amount of refund.

 

Please note postage and packaging costs incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable, unless we have sent you the wrong item or the product is proven faulty.

 

The above procedure must be followed, as Page will be unable to process a refund.

 

Returns on Special Offers:

 

If an item is bought under a special offer i.e. "sales", these items cannot be refunded, however Page is happy to exchange for another.
