When you place your first order with us, we can only ship to your credit card billing address i.e. the address the bank has you registered at.  On your second and subsequent orders you can specify an alternative address.  The alternate shipping address must be located in the same country as that of the billing address. 

By specifying an alternative address it may delay your order by 24 hours due the security checks that we need to perform before dispatching your order.

We do not dispatch to PO Box addresses.

Please note that all services require a signature at the delivery address between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.  Should someone not be available at the address to sign for the package then the standard protocol is for the package to reside at your local depot/post office for collection at a later date.  A note will be dispatched through your letterbox explaining this, occasionally however, the package may be returned straight back to us.
