| All prices are shown in £ sterling. The only currency we accept is £ sterling (GBP). |
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. |
All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Customers can pay by secure online payment services offered by the companies known as "Paypal". We always seek to take legal action against non-payers and fraudulent customers. |
| Delivery will be sent according to postage band chosen and a signature may be required. Goods will normally be dispatched on the same day that payment has been made/cheque has cleared. If we are unable to do this, we will let the customer know immediately. We will advise you by email as soon as your item has been dispatched. |
Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available. |
| We will endeavor to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering. |
| In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us by email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the notification date of your items being sent in case it has been delayed. All orders will have been sent with a proof of posting, which will be sent to you if requested/required, and it will be your responsibility to trace a lost item. |
| Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days. A customer has the right to cancel their order in writing by email within 7 days from the date they receive their order. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, the goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and unmarked with the original ticket still in place. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garment/s reach us safely. It is also the customers responsibility to pay for the goods to be returned. If the items are returned to us in the time scale stipulated and in the same condition as they were originally sent, a full refund will be issued without delay. If the items are returned with marks or faults of any kind other than those mentioned in the garment description, the goods will be returned to you at your cost. If the order was originally made from outside of the UK and Europe please take care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to PAGE, the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund. |
